I mailed a sample to the laboratory.  How do I know it was received?

Several days may transpire between the receipt of your sample and the data/information is entered into the laboratory’s database.

What updates will I receive on my sample status? 

Generally, the first update you will receive is the emailing of your sample analyses report(s).
