Online Payment with Hardcopy Submission

Aggie Marketplace allows for online secure payment by credit card, with immediate receipt of payment, however, requires the use of downloaded PDF submittal forms (see below). Print and fill out the appropriate sample submittal form(s) below. Enter the total cost of testing selected on submittal form(s) and pay by this link.

Soil Submittal Form

This soil submittal form is used by clientele managing larger landscapes and agronomic-sized fields, pastures, and forage systems.

Urban Soil Submittal Form

The urban soil submittal form provides easy entry for small-area landscapes, lawns, gardens, and simpler-sized areas.

Water Submittal Form

This form is for non-drinking water purposes, including irrigation, troubleshooting domestic water issues, livestock, aquaculture, and similar uses.

Biosolid/Manure Submittal Form

The analyses of animal manures, composts, or other organically comprised materials, which are soil applied for plant nutrient growth needs, is an important environmental and agronomic need.

Volume Discount and AgriLife/TAMUS Faculty Submittal Spreadsheet

Volume sample submissions of 10 or greater samples are afforded a discount on select analyses suites.

Samples must be submitted using SWFTL Volume 2022 spreadsheet, with all required cells filled and emailed to the laboratory:

Handwritten copies will not be granted discounts and will prolong processing timing.

AgriLife and TAMUS faculty codes are required for the discounted fee
schedule and are available via email communication with the laboratory.  Other than AgriLife Extension agents paying through local funds, all TAMUS/AgriLife faculty must prepay on Marketplace to receive discount schedule.

Payment of sample analyses is required upon receipt of samples.

What are my options for paying the laboratory?  Do not send cash!!!

1. Check or Money Order included with sample delivery, “Make checks or Money Order out to “Soil Testing Laboratory.”
2. Online credit card prepayment with hardcopy submittal form through Aggie Marketplace (The laboratory does not have the ability to run credit cards.)
3. Online credit card payment and sample information submittal through Aggie Marketplace (The laboratory does not have the ability to run credit cards.)
4. Customers with established Ipayment accounts in good standing and a current AG-257 on file with Texas A&M AgriLife Banking and Receivable can select Extension of Credit and be invoiced by AgriLife.  Establishing a current AG-257. AG-257 download Completed forms should be sent directly to Banking and Receivables. Do not send this form to the laboratory.
